In-store returns to Honolulu or Pearlridge store within 21 days of the invoice date with original tags attached. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, USED, DAMAGED, OR STAINED. JEWELRY, HOUSEWARE, AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. For online returns and exchanges, shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return or exchange is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item). ___ Please look up your order number on this page, and file a return/exchange claim, please specify in the notes what size you need to exchange your item for, and it will be sent to customer service for review. once it is approved, you will be notified with instructions on what to do next regarding your return/exchange. If your response on this page after inputting your order number, and email is "Oops nothing found", that simply means your order is not eligible for a return or exchange because it is past 21 days or it is a final sale item.
